Each year, the RICPG assesses HIV prevention needs, sets prevention priorities, and
develops the Comprehensive HIV Prevention Plan for the state of Rhode Island. The Rhode Island Department of Health uses this plan as the basis for its HIV/AIDS prevention funding decisions.
